摘  要:将茯苓多糖(PPS)、刺五加多糖(ASPS)、银耳多糖(TF)、香菇多糖(Lentinan)与S_180细胞膜、(γ- ̄32P)ATp-同温育,抽提并分离肌醇磷脂进行放射自显影和液闪计数。结果表明茯苓多糖,刺五加多糖对S_180细胞膜网脂酰肌醇(PI)转换有显著抑制作用,刺五加多糖对其抑制作用与剂量呈正相关。银耳多糖、香菇多糖对PI转换无影响。Mice sarcoma S_180 cell membranes,[γ-32]ATP and plant polysaccharide(PPS,ASPS,TF orlentinan)were incubated together for 5 min at 30 ℃,Phosphatidylinositides were extracted and isolated,and radioactivity was measured with liquid scintillation counter.The results showed that PPS and ASPS,especially the latter,could inhibit the phosphatidyinostol turnover obviously,while TF and lentinan hadno such effect Combining with our previous findings that PPS and ASPS could inhibit the proliferation ofS_180 cell significantly while TF and lentinan had no such effect,we conisider that the antitumor mechanismof plant polysaccharides(PPS and ASPS)may be related to the inhibition of phosphatidyinositol turnover.
