摘  要:本文根据递推最小二乘算法从受干扰污染的输入信号中估计基波电压复数振幅的实部和虚部,用它们计算电压幅值。利用电压相角变化来测量频率和电压间的相位差。通过自适应调整采样间隔,保证频率改变时每周波均匀采样N点。提出的断路器合闸时间测量方法是简单有效的。In this paper,the real part and imaginary part of complex amplitude of the fundamentalvoltage from input signals that suffer noise pollution are estimated wich recursive leastsquare algorithm. The effective values of voltage are calculated. The frequency and thephase difference between generator voltage and power system voltage are measured usingvoltage phase change. When the frequency changes.it is assured to sample N points evenlyin each cycle by adaptive sampling. The proposed measurement method of closure time of thecircuit breaker is simple and effective.
