摘  要:根据递推最小二乘算法,从受到干扰污染的输入信号中估计基波电压(电流)复数振幅的实部和虚部,利用它们对电流、电压、有功功率和无功功率的有效值进行计算,利用电压相角变化来测量频率和功率因数。通过自适应调整采样间隔,保证当频率改变时每周波均匀采样N点,提高了测量精度,加快收敛速度,减小计算工作量,从而减小响应时间。In this paper,recursive least square algorithm was used to estimate the real part and imaginarg part of the complex amplitude of the fundamental voltage of the input signals that suf-fered noise pollution. The effective value of currents,voltages, active power and reactive power were calculated. the frequency and power factor were measured by using voltage phase anglechange. The accuracy of measurement was raised, the velocity of convergence was improved andcalculating quantity was decreased by adaptive sampling.
