摘　　要：本文介绍了一套全新的微机电网操作模拟软件包，包括电力系统建模软件、图形支持软件和电网分析计算软件三部分。各部分间数据交换均以ＡＣＣＥＳＳ为核心。使用者可以随意生成系统图或厂站图，并可在图上模拟各种操作以观察潮流变化，由于选用４８６微机作为硬件平台，用户无需大量投资便可实现ＥＭＳ／ＤＭＳ中的部分功能。因此，这是一套普及面广、性能价格比高的电网分析应用软件包。In this paper a new pc-based softwarepackage of power system operating simulation is intro-dused,which include network modeling,graph sup-porting and power system analyzing.The exchange ofdata among each part are all through Microsoft AC-CESS.Users not only can draw system diagrams orstation diagrams,but also can simulate various opera-tions on the diagrams to see the change of power flow.Choosing 486 PC as hardware,users could realizesome functions of EMS/DMS without large invest-ment.therefore,it is a wide spreading power systemanalysis software package with high ratio of perfor-mance to price.
