摘  要:本文在全集成MOSFET电流传输器CCⅡ±构成的积分电路平衡结构的基础上,提出了全MOSFET-C四阶LF低通滤波器平衡模式,对其消除非线性因素进行了理论分析,并利用SPICE(Ⅱ)通用模拟电路程序,对CCⅡ±采用非理想电路模型,对一个四阶LF低通滤波器二种平衡模式的相频特性和幅频特性进行了仿真分析和比较,得出了几点实用的结论。The paper gives a balanced version of a fully integrated MOSFET-C fourth-or-der low pass filter based on fully MOSFET integrated circuits with balanced structure usingCurrent Conveyors CCⅡ±. The cancellation of nonlinearities has been discussed. UsingSPICE-Ⅱ, non-ideal Current Conveyor model are emploied. Sirnulation and analysis of theCharacteristics of the output voltage amplitude-frequency response and phase frequency re-sponse of a fourth-order low pass filter has been done. Some practical conclusions are obtained.
