摘  要:对循环流化床下料管内竖管的局部和整体传热进行了试验研究。结果表明:颗粒之间的导热热阻是影响该类传热的主要原因。还讨论了其它影响传热的因素如物料比热容,颗粒尺寸,空隙率等。其平均传热系数在140~200W/m2·K之间,该结果为循环床下料管内布置受热面提供了可靠依据。Abstract Local and overall heat transfer of vertical tubes in standpipes of circulating fluidized beds were studied experimentally. Results show that heat conductingresistance among particles is the main factor that affects this kind of heat transfer.Other influencing factors such as the stuff's specific heat, particle size, voidageetc. are discussed.The mean heat transfer coefficient lies in the range 140 ̄200W/m2R.This result provides a reliable basis for the arrangement of heating surfaces in standpipes of circulating fluidized beds
