花脸蘑（Lepista　Sordida）人工驯化栽培技术的研究

摘　　要：试验结果认为花脸蘑是草腐菌类；综合马铃薯蔗糖琼脂培养基为母种最佳培养基；玉米粒培养基为原种和栽培种的最佳培养基；菌丝生长的最佳温度为２５～２８℃，最适含水量为６０％～６５％，最适ｐＨ为６．０～６．５。用牛粪与作物秸秆发酵后畦栽、垅栽均获得子实体，人工驯化栽培成功。The experimental results showed that the L. Sordida was a saprophytic fungus growing on decayed straw of grass under natural conditions. The optimum temperature, water content and the pH for mycelial growth were 25～28℃, 60%～65% and 6.0～6.5, respectively. The mmushroom thrived when planted on the ridge plots of fermentated crop. stalk and cow dung and high yield of fructifications was harvested, indicating that a very successful artificial culture of the mushroom, L. sordida can be realized under our conditions.
