光电位置灵敏探测器及其应用

摘　　要：介绍了一种建立在横向光电效应基础上的新型位置灵敏探测器，它不存在死区，可给出入射光点在整个先敏而上移动时的连续性位置数据，文中介绍了其结构、工作原理和特性，给出了位置坐标函数表达式和相应的检测电路框图，并讨论了ＰＳＤ的几个应用实例。A novel position sensitive detector(PSD)based on the lateral photoeffect is descried.The PSD hasn't the existence of dead area, it can give continuous position data corresponding to themoving incident spot on its overall photosensitive surface.The structure,principle and characteristicsof the PSD are introduced,the current function expression of position coordinate and the correspondingdetecting circuit drawings are given.Meanwhile, the practical examples of application using the PSDare discussed.
