摘  要:用扫描电子显微镜和透射电子显微镜观察到了黄颡四锚虫(Bychowskyellapseudobagri),鳙指环虫(Dactylogyrusaristichthys), 钿锚三代虫(Gyrodactylussprostonae),鲶盘虫(Silurodiscoides sp.)的体表以及体壁的超微结构。除细锚三代虫外其它的三种单殖吸虫体表均没有明显的微纤毛。它们的体壁是由表皮的合胞体,基板,环肌,纵肌,以及表皮细胞体所组成。这些单殖吸虫的表皮具有分泌的功能,不同种单殖吸虫的表皮台胞体中含有不同类型的分泌颗粒。Monogenea are small hermaphroditic flatworms. The life cycles of monogeneans are simple, they have no intermediate host and no alternation of generations. Monogeneans are primarily fish parasites, particularly located on the gills and external surfaces of fish. Since the 1960s, many scholars have devoted a great deal of studies on the fine structure of epidermis of monogeneans by transmission and scanning electron microscopies (Lyons, 1973; Halton, 1976b; Show, 1980; Ramasamy and Hanna, 1984), Studies on four monogeneans, which parasitize economic freshwater fish Bychowuskylla pseudobagri Dactylogyrus atistichthys Gyrodactylus sprostonae and Silurodiscoides sp. were done by using TEM and SEM. This paper presents the surface topography and the ultrastructures of the epidermis of the four monogeneans. The monogeneans were taken from the gills and external surfaces of freshwater fishes (Pseudobagrus fulvidraco ,Parasilurus asotus, Aristichthys nobilis)and goldfish for the researches. The parasites were dislodged off from the host tissue with the aid of a stereomicroscope, Then the parasites were prepared as specimen for electron microscopic observation and examined with a HITACHI 5450 scanning electron microscope and a JEM-100 CX II transmission electron microscope. All these four monogeneans have no microvilli on the body surface except G. sprostonae, They have single ciliary sensitive organ which composed of sensitive cilia and nerve balls. The structures of the body wall of these monogeneans are similar to the structures of other monogeneans, digeneans and cestodes, consisting of a syncytial outer epidermis, and a basement lamina with circular and longitudinal muscles. The projections of the basal plasma stack probably have the function to fix the syncytial outer epidermis. It may be also a source of membrane in the outer syncytium, The outer syncytium and the sunken sub-epidermal nucleated cell body are connected by cytoplasmic processes.
