摘  要:本文根据大圆锥管底筒管成形理论,从立式卷纬机卷绕大圆锥形纡管的导纱运动和卷绕点沿卷装母线移动之间的本质联系出发,推导出立式卷纬机的导纱—卷绕微分方程。并结合卷纬成形良好的有关要求,对SG193型立式卷纬机原设计影响卷绕成形的有关因素做了简要分析和改进,收到了良好效果。可作为改进卷纬机等的设计制造提供参考。In accordance with the forming theory of weft bobbin with a large cone base together with the essencial relationship between the motion of guiding yarn of a vertical pirn Spooler and the movement of the winding point following the generating line of a big cone base weft bobbin. This paper works out the defferential equation for guiding and winding motion of the machine. According to requirement on a perfect bobbin formation, the paper also makes a brief analysis of the related factors likely affecting bobbin formation of the existing vertical weft spooler SGI93 resulting from its wrong original design and advances some ideas for improving it. Favorable results may be expected. This paper can be served as a reference to improving i le design and manufacture of a new vertical weft spooler.
