摘  要:本文提出了一种测定厌氧发酵液中硫化物的快速分光光度法。方法利用KBH_4与酸作用产生的H_2作为H_2S的载气,AgNO_3-Gelatin-NH_3-C_2H_5OH溶液作为吸收显色液,使S~(2-)的分离,吸收和显色同步完成,整个过程仅需 3 min左右。方法测定下限 1μgs~(2-),试样测定范围 0.05~200mgS~(2-)/L,试样的标准加入回收率 90%~101%。A rapid spectrophotometric method was developed for'the determination of sulfide in biodigester effluent solution. The method is based on the light absorption of colloidal silver sulfide. Hydrogen sulfide liberated in an acidic sample was carried out by hydrogen produced with KBH4 into the mixing solution of AgNO3-gelatin-NH3-C2H5OH to be absorbed and colour-developed. The process Was accomplished in only about 3 min. A linearity in the range of 1 to 10 ug S2- was obtained. The standard recovery of 1 fig S2- was 90%-101%. The determination range of sulfide in the samples was 0. 05-200 mg S2-/L.
