摘  要:基于K_2S_2O_8氧化水中有机碳为二氧化碳,二氧化碳能增强Lumi-nol-H_2O_2-Co ̄(2+)体系化学发光强度,建立了连续流动化学发光测定水中总有机碳的新方法。方法线性范围为0.10~12μg/mLC,检出限量为0.04μg/mLC。所建立方法简便、快速、灵敏,适合应用于水中总有机碳的测定。continuous flow chemiluminescentmethod for the determination of total organ-ic carbon(TOC)in water was developed,based on the oxidation of organic carbon tocarbon dioxide which enhances the Chemilu- minescence of a luminol system, Organic car-bon was oxidized to carbon dioxide by potas-sium peroxodisulfate at a temperature of210℃in acid medium,The produced carbondioxide was thendetermined by Chemilumi-nescent method.The calibration curve waslinear over the concentration range from 0.1to 12μg/mL C and the detection limit was 0. 04μg/mL C. The proposed method has beenapplied to the determination of TOC in wa-ter.Good results were obtained.
