摘 要:本文检测了Bf、C2和GLO基因频率在胰岛素依赖性糖尿病(IDDM)患者和正常人中的分布。统计处理表明,29.0%的患者为BfPF,而正常人只有3.2%,相对危险值为12.02,且Bf~*S的预防分数高达0.73。C2与GLO的表型分布及基因频率与该病无显著关联性。研究结果提示:Bf~*F可能为汉人患IDDM的危险基因,而Bf~*S可能具有阻止发病的作用。The distribution and allele frequencies of complement Factor B (Bf) , C2 and GLO phenotypes in Chinese patients with insulindependent diabetes mellitus(IDDM) and compared with normal controls were investigated. It is showed that there were a statistically increase in IDDM group:the patient group with a frequency of 29.0% and the control only 3.2% (relative risk value 12.02) . However, the preventive fraction for Bf'S was as high as 0.73. No significant association of C2 and GLO alleles with IDDM was found. These results suggest that Bf'F might be a risk -gene to Chinese patients with IDDM, but Bf'S a preventive gene.
