摘  要:通过分析伴孢晶体、芽孢、培养基及发酵液等的氨基酸比例,初步得到一些有关氨基酸参与代谢的资料.在发酵过程中,氨基酸既有累积又有消耗,特别是谷氨酸明显地被消耗;不同原料的氨基酸比例相差很大.这很可能是培养基影响杀虫毒力的主要原因之一.同一出发菌株8010(Bacillusthuringiensisvarkurstaki8010,简称8010)分离得到的3号、5号和72号菌株氨基酸比例稍有不同,它们与有关资料报道的其它菌株的氨基酸比例有较大不同.伴抱晶体和芽孢之间的氨基酸比例明显不同.Bt8010菌种发酵需要供给较多的谷氨酸.By analysins amino acid ratios of the parasporal crystals, the spores, the media,and the fermented broths, this article comes to the conclusion that amino acids paticipate in the metabolism. In the fermentation , some of amino acids are accumulated but others are exhausted,especially, glutamic acid ratio is evidently decreased. There is much difference between two materials, this is probable one of important causes which affect insecticide toxicity. The amino acid ratios are slightly different among three strains of No. 3, No. 5 and No. 72 which originate from the same strain Bacillus thuringiensis var. kurstaki 8010 and there are more different between every one of them and other strain reported. The amino acid ratios between the parasporal crystal and the spore are much more different. Fermentation with Bt 8010 needs more glutamie acid.
