摘  要:本文运用生物统计法确定西施舌幼虫和贝苗的适宜盐度范围,结果表明。D形幼虫、壳顶幼虫和贝苗对盐度的耐受力不同。D形幼虫生长的适盐范围为17.27~27.90‰,且生长和存活的最适盐度是17.27~19.93‰;壳顶幼虫生长的适盐范围向低盐度延伸,为13.29~27.90‰,生长和存活的最适盐度为19.93‰。平均壳长2.9mm的贝苗存活适盐范围向高盐度延伸,为13.29~35.87‰,其中27.90‰是贝苗生长和存活的最适盐度。This paper was aimed to determine the optimum salinity ranges of larvae and spats on the basis of analyses of variance. The different tolerance of larvae and spats to salinity was observed. The optimum salinity range for the growth of straight-hinge larvae was 17 .27~27.90%. The straight-hinge larvae had the highest growth rates and the best survival at salinity of 17-27~19.93% .The optimum salinity range for the growth of umboveligers was 13 . 27~27 . 90% and extended to lower salinity than that of straight-hinge larvae.The best survival and highest growth of umbo-veligers were found at salinity of 19 .93% . The spats with average shell length of 2.9mm had best growth and survival at salinity of 27-90%. The optimum salinity range for the survival of spats was 13.29 ~35 .87%.Spats can tolerate higher salinity than larvae.
