Th－LAK细胞与rIL－2联合治疗恶性骨肿瘤

摘　　要：应用胎儿胸腺淋巴细胞诱导制备Ｔｈ－ＬＡＫ细胞，与ｒＩＬ－２联合治疗中晚期恶性骨肿瘤７例。治疗前后动态检测外周血淋巴细胞、Ｔ淋巴细胞亚群、ＮＫ细胞活性。结果，患者的一般症状和免疫状态明显改善，化疗药物的毒副作用降低，病情缓解，无明显毒副反应。The thymal lymphocytes of the fetus were used as the precursor to make TH-LAK cells,Seven advanced patients with malignant bone tumor were treated with TH-LAK cells and rIL-2.All the patients were tested for PBL,T cell subsets,NK activity before and aftertreatment.The results revealed that the patient's geiieral condition and immunological status had been significant improved and side-effects from chemotherapy obviously reduced. There had been no sign of systemic toxicity following treatment.It may be a safer,feasible and effective method for the treatment of patients with malignant bone tumor.
