摘 要:采用大鼠四血管关闭全脑缺血方法,动态观察48只大鼠脑的皮质、基底节与丘脑以及脑干中去甲肾上腺素(NA)和多巴胺(DA)在不同缺血时间含量的变化.结果显示大鼠脑缺血时存在脑单胺递质的紊乱,其中NA的含量在各脑区多为升高,且相互之间呈正相关关系;DA在脑干与皮质降低,在基底节与丘脑呈双向波动,各脑区的含量变化不存在相关关系。在皮质NA与DA变化呈负相关,在基底节与丘脑则呈正相关,在脑干则不相关。这些发现提示脑缺血时各脑区的单胺递质有着不同的变化。The sequent changes of noradrenaline (NA)and dopamine (DA)in cortex,brain stem,basial ganglia and thalamus of forty eight rats were observed with the four-vessel occlusion method.The results showed that there was central monoamine neurotransmitters disorder while rat brain was ischemic,in which the levels of NA were increased in most brain regions,and there were positive correlations among these regions.The levels of DA were decreased in cortex and brain stem,and waved in basial ganglia and thalamus,and there was no correlation to be found among these regions.There were different correlations to be found between NA and DA in different brain regions.These findings suggest that there were specialities concerning the monoamine distribution in different ischemic brain regions
