人胃癌间质单核细胞亚群分布及意义

摘　　要：采用Ｌｅｕ系列单克隆抗体，对４７例胃癌和９例胃良性病变间质中单核细胞（ＭＮＣ）亚群分布进行定量定位研究，结果显示胃癌间质中ＭＮＣ数量显著高于胃良性病变，以Ｔ淋巴细胞为主，巨噬细胞次之，Ｂ淋巴细胞和裸细胞数量极少。Ｔ亚群的Ｔｈ／Ｔｃ比值为１．０４９±０．４６９。胃癌淋巴结转移组Ｔｈ细胞比例比未转移组有下降趋势，Ｔｈ／Ｔｃ细胞比值呈下降状态。结果表明，胃癌局部免疫反应以Ｔ淋巴细胞为主，当发生淋巴结癌转移后，胃癌局部的免疫抑制状态更显著。he distribution of the subpopulations of infiltrating mononuclear cells in 47 cases of carcinoma of stomach and 9cases of benign gastric disease were studied in situ by avidin biotin peroxidase technique with a panel monoclonal antibodies against MNC subsets.It was found that the amount of MNC was higher in carcinoma of stomach than that in benign diseases.A considerable proportion of the infiltrating MNC was T cells and then the macrophages,while the B cells and null cells were fe .MNC sebsets in areas around the cell nests were predominant.The percentage of Th cells in the infiltrating MNCs decreased while that of Tc/s cells increased relatively and the Th/Tc ratios declined along with lymph node metastasis.These findings indicated that the local immune response against tumor tends to develop a deeper inhibitory effect during the tumor metastasis.
