摘 要:根据Fenton及Haber─Weiss反应,以脱氧核糖作为羟自由基分子探针,检测脱氧核糖降解物与硫代巴比妥酸显色反应,对照分析超氧歧化酶(SOD)、硫脲、茶多酚、人参对含氧自由基的清除作用,证明茶多酚只能抑制氧化物阴离子自由基(O),作用与SOD相近。人参不仅能抑制羟自由基(OH·),也能抑制氧自由基(O),作用与硫脲相近。Based on the reaction of Fenton and Haber-Weiss,using the deoxyribose as a probe of hydroxy radical molecule,the degradation product of deoxyribose by thiobarbituric acid raction was tested,and compared the action and potency of scavenging oxygen radical species with superoxide dismutase(SOD),thiourea,tea-polyphenol and ginseng.The results showed that tea-polyphenol could only inhibit the anion radical of superoxide(O)which the effect was similar to that of SOD. However ginseng could inhibit not only hydroxyradical(OH)but also O which the effect was similar to that of thiourea
