摘　　要：定量分析了过采样Δ－Σ模数转换器电路的噪声源（包括由开关引入的热噪声、运放的噪声和时钟抖动噪声等）及其对转换器性能的影响．通过对量化噪声及电路噪声的比较分析，获得了过采样Δ－Σ转换器在不同的电路参数下的噪声特性曲线，为转换器电路设计提供了理论依据。The noise sources in an oversampled △-Σ A/D converter and their impacts on converter's performance are quantitatively analyzed, which include the switch thermal noise,the noise introduced by the operational amplifier and the noise due to the dock jitter. By comparing these noises with the converter's quantitative noise, the oversampled △-Σ A/D converter's noise relation with different circuit coefficientS are obtained, which can be theoretically used to guide the circuits design of this kind of converter.
