摘　　要：本文介绍了滑阀式电液步进缸的工作原理和应用特点，分析了它的主要性能品质，提出了设计原则和计算方法。结果表明，它能较好地满足系统性能要求，适应于微处理机控制。This paper introduces the working principle and application characteristics of the elec-trohydraulic stepping cylinder of sliding spool valve type,analyzes its main performancequality and presents its designing principle and calculation method.The resuIts show that itcan meet quite ptoperly the system performance demands of the system and it is well adaptedto the automatic control of the microprocessor。
