摘　　要：用扫描隧道显微镜（ＳＴＭ）对藻胆体形貌的观察林瑞峰（中国科学院感光化学研究所，光电化学研究中心，北京１００１０１）关键词扫描隧道显微镜，藻胆体，藻胆蛋白人们已经知道颜色不同的藻胆蛋白在藻胆体内有序地排列看，这种天线聚集体叫做藻胆体，它能够高效地将光能...The shape of the phycobilisome of polysiphonia urceolata was studied by using scanningtunnelling microscope (STM ). The STM image indicates that the phycobilisome is hemi-ellipsoidal and it's size is about 50nm. The results also show that the sequences of phyco-biliproteins are observed and the phycobiliproein size is about 8nm.
