摘　　要：分离并提纯了合成系列哒嗪酮的重要中间体３－芳腙－６－甲基－α，γ－吡喃酮，经Ｘ射线衍射法测定其晶体结构。采用核磁共振跟踪对其在酸、碱性条件下反应历程进行了研究，确认它是一个先内酯开环、后脱水关环的反应。Aryl hydrazono-6-methyl-α,γ-pyronone is an important intermediate for the synthesis of a series of dihydro-pyridazones.This intermediate was separated and purified for the first time.By X-ray diffraction method,its crystalline structure was elucidated.NMR monitoring technique was applied to investigate the following ring-closure reaction under acidic and basic conditions.It was proposed that there underwent a mechanism as first by a lactone ring-opening then followed by a dehydrating cyclization reaction.
