At the first period of combustion, parts of volatile give out and combust homogeneously, residual volatile combust together with char heterogeneously. Physical and chemical changes during combustion eg. changing of activie sites, the volatile in the char, etc, had great effects on the reactivity of chars. Because of these effects,intrinsic active energy of chars raised gradually during the last period of combustion. The intrinsic active energy of a electric carbon which had the similar pore structure with these chars didn't change at the same time.
