摘　　要：真空感应碳化硅重结晶炉是我厂设计制造的、目前我国最大的双炉体结构式真空感应高温加热设备，它有φ７１０ｍｍ×２５００ｍｍ的加热区，额定温度为２５００℃，晶闸管静止逆变器为主工作电源。采用光导纤维红外辐射高温计测温、智能化温度控制仪控温和液压进出料机构。它是大批量生产碳化硅重结晶制品的重要设备之一。A vacuum induction furnace for carborundum recrystallizing is introduced,it hasdouble furnace chambrs andφ710mm ×2500mm heating region;2500℃ rated temperature;thyris-tor frequency converter as the main power;intelligent temperature controller with infrared radiationpyrometer and optical fiber;hydraulic charging and discharging mechanism. The furnace is designedand manufactured by Dur factory and is the largest one of that kind furnace in our country.It is amore important equipment for mass-producing recrystallinic carborundum products.
