摘 要:以化学共沉淀法为基础,配合高速剪切均质并添加表面活性剂制备了粒径为20~40nm的ZrO_2-Y_2O_3纳米晶,经XRD分析为稳定立方相结构。用ZrO_2-Y_2O_3纳米晶为感湿材料制作了厚膜型湿敏元件,测试结果表明:(1)元件电阻随相对湿度上升而下降。(2)在总电导中.离子电导占主要成分。(3)元件有较快的感湿响应速度。Nanocrystalline ZrO_2-Y_2O_3 powderswere preparedbyChemical coprecipitation methodwith cornbination of surfactant additives and highspeed homogenizer.The nanocrystalals werecharacterized by TEM and XRD。The article sizewas 20-40 nm.Stabilized cubic phase were obtained。Thck film humiditv sensors were made ofnanocrystalline ZrO_2-Y_2O0;powders。Their humiditysensitive properties were inyestigated.The resuItsare obtained as follows,(1)The sensor resistancedecreases withincrease of relative humidity.(2)Theionic conductance is predominant in the totalconductance.(3)The sensor has high speed response to various humidities.
