摘　　要：本文研究，在稀磷酸介质中，亚硝酸根催化溴酸钾氧化酸性铬蓝Ｋ的退色反应，建立了催化动力学光度法测定痕量亚硝酸根的新方法。方法的线性范围为０－１０μｇ／２５ｍＬ，检出限为１．８×１０－９ｇ／ｍＬ，用于水样中痕量亚硝酸根的测定，结果满意。A new catalytic spectrophotometric method for the determination of trace nitrite has been studied.The method is based on the catalytic effect of nitrite on the oxidation of acid chrome blue K by potassium bromate in dilute phosphoric acid medium.The linear range of the method is 0-10μg/25mL and the limit of detection is 1.8×10-9g/mL.The method has been applied to the determination of nitrite in water with satisfactory results.
