本征模波前复原法的初步研究

摘　　要：自适应光学的模式波前复原算法，包括Ｚｅｒｎｉｋｅ模式法，直接斜率法等都存在一定的局限性，本文介绍一种改进的模式法──本征模法，对其构造和应用原则作了叙述，证明了它与直接斜率法的关系，最后以３７单元变形镜为例，进行了实际构造本征模的尝试。The wavefront reconstruction of adaptive optics, including Zernike mode,direct slope control algorithm etc,all have some limitations.This paper presents an improved mode algorithm-eigenmode.Its mode constitution and application principle are described and the relation with the direct slope algorithm is proved. As an example,we practically construct the eigenmode of 37─element deformable mirror.
