摘　　要：本文用激光、叶绿素衍生物(CPD)光动力学诊治中心型肺癌25例,其中治疗15例,有效率为80%,诊断10例,符合率100%。说明 CPD 是一种有效的光动力学诊治的光敏化剂,与国内目前常用的 HPD 相似,且能口服,无明显禁忌。The present paper deals with the diagnosis and the treatment of 25 cases of centralpulmonary cancer with laser and CPD photodynamics,among which 15 are treated,with the ef-fective rate being 80%,10 cases are diagnosed,100% being coincident.This shows that CPD isan effective photosensitive chemical on photodynamic therapy which may be taken orally withoutobvious contraindication,similar to HPD commonly used at home recently.
