摘　　要：报道２例经病理切片证实，以化脓性中耳乳突炎为主要临床表现的腮腺粘液表皮样癌，并对这一特殊临床表现作了描述，探讨了腮腺粘液表皮样癌与中耳乳突炎的关系，并对误诊原因作了讨论。Two cases of mucoepidermoid carcinoma in parotid gland with special clinic manifestation were comfirmed by pathologic biopsy and descibed.The correlation between mucoepidermoid carcinoma of parotid gland and otitis media as well as mastoiditis was explored and its misdiagnositic cause has also been discussed.
