添加RE的银基汞齐合金的研究和应用

摘　　要：用雾化技术制备Ａｇ─Ｃｕ─Ｓｎ汞齐合金并添加ＲＥ及Ｉｎ、Ｌｉ，研究其性能和结构，临床试验表明，此合金具有优良综合性能，Ｈｇ用量少，成本也低。A new Ag-Cu-Sn spherical powdered alloy with addition of La,Y,Li and In was prepared by rapidly quenching atomization techni-que and its utility in the dental clinic has also been observed.The results show that the amalgamation of the alloy with Hg not only possesses the superior physical, mechanical and corrosion resistance properties,but also decrcases the amount of Hg and the cost as well,as comparied with other amalgam alloys.
