摘　　要：准确诊断心肌缺血部位，对心脏病治疗具有很大的意义。以往对缺血部位诊断的方法存在着许多缺陷，在临床应用中受到很大的限制。作者提出用心电逆问题推断缺血部位的方法，并通过临床应用验证其方法的准确性。It is important to estimate the site of myocardial ischemia for the treatment of heart disease. There are many shortcomings in current methods and estimitations in clinical use. The authors put foward a new method to estimate the location of myocardial ischemia by using the inverse problem of ECG. The accuracy of this method was verified in clinical application.
