脱毒菜籽饼粕对鸡毒副作用的研究

摘　　要：本文报道了经瞬时高温高压法脱毒处理和未经脱毒处理的菜籽饼粕对肉用鸡毒副作用的比较研究,证明了经脱毒处理过的菜籽饼粕,毒性明显降低,饲用结果对肉用鸡的增重、肝脏、肾脏和甲状腺均无明显影响。The study on toxicity of detoxicated and non-detoxicated rapeseed meal was reported. Rapeseed meal which was used in group B was detoxicated with instantaneous High-temperature and High-pressure detoxicatting method. The study indicated that the toxicity of detoxicated rapeseed meal was dramatically reduced. Detoxicated rapeseed meal could be used in chicken feed with twenty-three percent without being deleterious to liver,kidney ,thyroid gland and weight gain.
