摘　　要：本文报道了两种人类染色体异常核型，经湖南医科大学细胞遗传学国家培训中心鉴定为世界首报核型；其核型为46，XY，dup（14）（q13→q22）和46．X．dup（X）（q22→q24），inv（9）（P13q13）。Two abnormal karyotypes of human chromosome, 46, XY,dup (14) (q13→q22) and 46, X, dup (X)q22→q24), inv (9)(p13q13) were discovered in Guiyang, which hsve been verifiedas new abnormal karyotypes in the world by Department ofMedical Genetic, National Training Center of Medical Cytogenetics, Medical Genet Lab. Human Medical university.
