摘　　要：地磁观测资料在地磁学、空间物理学、固体地球物理学及其它相关领域的研究和应用中，具有十分重要的作用。资料质量对研究工作有重要影响。台网资料对研究工作有特殊意义。根据作者近年来学习、研究和实践的结果，本文第一部分从系统设计的角度就地磁台站现代化中的系统组成、功能、仪器和主要技术指标、台网建设、资料质量等问题进行了讨论。本文的第二部分介绍了世界地磁台网（ＩＮＴＥＲＭＡＧＮＥＴ），包括ＩＮＴＥＲＭＡＧＮＥＴ的目标、历史、现状、原则、条件，以及同资料收集、传输、贮存、发放和管理有关的台站装备、地磁信息汇集点、卫星通讯、光盘（ＲＯＭ）和质量控制等。这可使我们加深对台网现代化的理解和认识，对收集和使用ＩＮＴＥＲＭＡＧＮＥＴ资料也有参考价值。Magnetic observatory data play a very important role in the research and application of geo-magnetism,space physics,solid-earth physics and other related fields, The data quality has im-portant influence on the researches above.The data from networks are significant to the re-search.Based on the author’learning,results of research and practice,the system composition,function,instrumentation and main technological index,construction of networks as well a dataquality in the modernization of geomagnetic observatories are discussed from the angle of the sys-tem design in the first part of the paper.The second part of the paper describes the INTERMAGNET,including the objective, his-tory,status,principles,conditions of the INTERMAGNET,as well as observatory equipnleiits,geomagnetic information nodes,satellite communications, ROM and quality control re1ated to thecollection,transmission,storage,dissemination and management of the data,This deepens ourunderstanding and comprehension of the modernization of the networks,and also has referencevalue in collecting and using the data of the INTERMAGNET.
