摘　　要：分析、探讨了学报编辑的学术意识及其概念与作用，并就如何培养编辑的学术意识提出了见解．认为，只有强化学术意识，编辑工作才具有能动性和敏锐的识见力，从而编辑出高水平、高质量的文章，因此．提高学报质量重要的前提之一是加强编辑的学术意识．This thesis discusses and analyses the academic ideology of academicjournal editors as well as its concept and function. Although there are manyproblems to be solved to improve the quality of academic journals，it is import- antto strengthen the editors＇academic ideology．Only in this way，can academicjoumalsediton work Obtain sharp identification capability and can theses be editted with highquality．This thesis presents the opinion how to cultivate academic idcofogy on thebasis of editon experience.
