摘 要:基于青岛地区水库资料,探讨风浪对水库防汛的影响。指出风浪对水库大坝的破坏及在坝体斜坡上,由于风浪破碎所致的平均水位升高和波浪爬高是威胁水库大坝安全的主要因素,风浪的作用降低了水库的蓄水能力和防洪标准。强调在库区,采用消波技术,合理运用漂浮式防波堤消波,消除风浪的影响是保障大坝安全,提高现有水库蓄水能力和防洪标准的科学而有效的方法。提出了水库漂浮式防波堤消波试验研究方案和设计依据。Based on the data of reserviors in Qingdao area, the effect of wind waves on prevention of flood in reserviors is investigated. It is pointed out that the damage from wind waves to a dam and the rise of the mean water level and wave runup caused by wave breaking on the sloping beach of dams is the main factor threatened the safety of the dam, and the action of wlnd waves decreases both the capacity of storing water and the standard of prevention of flood in reserviors. It is emphased that the scientific and effecti ve method is to use the technique of attenuation of wind waves, apply reasonahly floating breakwaters to diminish wave heights and the effects of wind waves for enhancing both the capacity of storing water and the standard of prevention of flood of reserviors as well as keeping safety of dams The test research plan and design bases for attenuation of wind waves by floating breakwaters in reserviors is. presented.
