摘　　要：本文利用地磁指数的长序列资料，提出了一个段因子的普查方法，建立了地磁指数与渤海冬季气温的预报关系。多年来对渤海冬季气温长期预报的应用结果表明，效果良好．In this paper,the method of calculating and selecting sectional factorswas suggested by making use of long Series data of geomagnetic index. Theforecasting relationship is founded between the geomagnetic index and theair temperature of BOHAI Sea in winter.Through practical long-range forecasting for winter temperature over Bohai sea,results have shown thatit works properly.
