摘　　要：本文介绍采用单片微处理技术的DICT－1型数字集成电路测试仪的工作原理，主要功能及其硬件和软件结构。该测试仪具有体积小，重量轻，测试快，功能强等特别，具有较高的性能价格比。This paper introduces model DICT-1 digital integrate circuit tester controlled by a single chip microcomputer It gives the measuring principle, main functions, the hardwareand software of the tester. It has small volume, light weight, quick test and many othets functions .So a high performance-price ratio is obtained
