摘 要:枯草芽孢杆菌314菌株是超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)的产生菌,经过我国“92106”科学返回式卫星搭载之后,生长速度加快,酶活性提高。出发菌株产生SOD大约560单位/克细胞。而搭载后的菌株提高2倍多,产生SOD大约1260单位/克细胞。Bacillus subtilis 3 l 4 strain, a producer of superoxide dismutase(SOD)was carried intospace by the recoverable satellite on October 6~13 l992. The gene for SOD of this strain was mutage-nized in space。Some of the mutants showed an increase in SOD activity.While others showed a reduc-tion. SOD produced by one of the mutants was about l260 units/g cell after flight.while SOD pro-duced by the control was 560 units/g cell.Test strain grew faster than control,and its surviral rate af-ter flight was approximately l0%. The activity of proteinase and amylase of the test strain were simi-lar to that of the control strain. The results suggested that mutation caused by the space conditionscould be used for industrial production.
