全身井穴电位同步检测系统的研制

摘　　要：利用经穴电参数测定技术，研制了一种新型的全身井穴电位同步检测系统。该系统可同时测定人体２４个井穴点的电位值，经分析处理后，给出人体整体经络状态总评分、检查结果、中医辨证结果、中医处方和针灸治疗穴位，并自动绘制人体经络状态分布图。临床应用结果表明，对心脑血管疾病诊断的总符合率为９０％以上。Diagnosis through the channels is a new method combining traditional Chinese medicinewith modern science. Basing on the Chinese medical theory of channels and collaterals and using theacupoint electrometry, a new type of biomedical instrument for Chinese traditional channel diagnosiswas developed. Acupoint potential instead of skin resistance. It was measured with Ag-AGCl elec-trodes attached to the area to be explored through belts. The surface of each electrode was coveredwith conductive electrolyte. The active electrodes were placed at 24 Jing points which had been cleanedwith ethanol. The reference electrodes were placed at the two earlobes which had also been cleaned andabraded lightly with a piece of drill at the beginning of each experimental session. Potential signalsfrom 24 acupoints picked up with electrodes were sent simutaneously to a multi-channel Dotentialmeasuring system. The bias potential for the Ag-AgCl electrodes was chosen to be less than 0.1mV,and software filtering technique was adopted to eliminate 50 Hz interference. Operational amplifierswith high input impendance were used as the buffers to reduce the influence of the contact resistancebetween electrode and skin surface. A high speed multi-channel data acquisition system was used toavoid the error caused by single-channel data acquisition.Software of the acupoint potential measuringsystem consists of sampling and saving data,inputting data through the key, processing of data, mak-ing chart and so on. The processing software was operatedas follows:At first,the arithmetical mean and standard deviation of the potentials were measured corre-sponding to 4 limbs and other parameters were calculated separatly according to the results of the po-tential measurments, then total mark was given by the establish
