摘　　要：报道了以试管为固相载体，通过共价键的联结把两株癌胚抗原单抗结合到试管壁上，并标记另一株单抗，建立了癌胚抗原试管固相免疫放射分析法．该法具有较高的特异性和灵敏度，操作简便，重复性好，与液相放免法对照测定样品，两者结果密切相关．A solid phase immunoradiometric assay using three CEA monoclonal antibodies was established. Two McAbs against two different determinants of CEA were covalently bonded to polystyrene tubes, the other was radioiodinated by the Iodogen method. The method has the advantage of high sensitivity, specificity, reproducibility and the procedure is rather sample. There is a good correlation between this assay and conventional RIA.
