摘 要:用15~30keV的氮离子注入水稻种子,以50Coγ射线辐照作对比,研究其M1代生物学效应和M2代突变。结果表明,氮离子能诱发水稻染色体结构变异,染色体畸变细胞率随离子注入剂量的提高而呈增加趋势,但染色体畸变效应低于γ辐射。氮离子注入还能抑制根尖细胞有丝分裂,使过氧化物同工酶酶谱发生变化。离子束诱发幼苗叶绿素突变频率明显高于γ射线,而抽穗期和株高突变频率与γ射线相似。Dry seeds of rice were implanted with 15~30keV nitrogen ion beam of various doses。The biological effects in M1 and mutation in M2 were studied,The results showed that the ni-trOgen ion could induce the variation On the chrolnosome structure of rice,The chromosomal alberratiou rate of cells tended to be increased with increase of implanted ion dose。However,the aberration rate was lower than that induced with 60Co γ-ravs.Peroxidase isozymogramsin r1ce seedling were changed after ion beam implanting;Frequency of tbe chlorophylI muta-tion implanted by nitrogen ion beam was higher than that induced by γ-rays.Mutation fre-quencies of heading date and plant height were slmilar between ion beam implanting and γ-rays irradiation
