香菇地沟栽培技术研究

摘　　要：香菇地沟栽培，在选用适应性强的Ｃｒｏ２菌株，确定棉籽壳和木屑培养料的合理配方与发酵处理，调节发菌、转色、出菇的综合管理，生物学效率为７０％以上，为露地栽培香菇提供了可行的栽培技术，具有良好的应用前景。When the adaptable strain Cro2 selected, the reasonable component of culture materials which mainly contained cotton seed hull and sawdust as well as fermenting treatment was determined, the comprehensive management of spawnrunning, changing colour and producing mushroom periods was adjusted, the biological efficiency of Shiitake cultivation in trench was more than 70%. It provided atechnology to cultivate Shiitake outdoors and had a good prospect for application.
