蜂王浆产量与蜜蜂幼虫日龄和取浆周期的关系研究

摘  要:对蜜蜂幼虫移虫后72h,55h,48h3个取浆周期及1日龄、1.5日龄、2日龄、2.5日龄幼虫与王浆产量三者之间的关系进行了研究。结果表明,72h,55h,48h取浆周期,分别采用1日龄、2日龄、2.5日龄幼虫的王浆产量比较高。其中以72h,1日龄的幼虫组合王浆产量最高,与其它2种组合差异显著。The experiment was carried out to study the relationship among the harvest peri-od of jelly after 72,55 and 48 hours when the larvae were transfered ,the larvae fed on jellyat 1,1.5,2 and 2.5 day-instar and the yield of royal jelly. The results showed that therewas a higher jelly yield when the harvest period of jelly is 72,55,48 hours for the larvae of1,2 and 2.5 day-instar respectively. The maxinum jelly yield is obtained when the combi-nation is 1 day-instar larvae and 72 hours harvest period of jelly,and it is significantly dif-ferent from the other two combinations.
