59例食管癌手术切缘残留癌发生因素的研究

摘　　要：应用病理学与ＦＣＭ和Ａｇ－ＮＯＲ的图象分析技术相结合的方法，对５９例食管癌手术切缘残留癌的发生因素进行了系统研究。结果提示：残癌发生的直接因素（主观因素）是切除长度不足；间接因素（客观因素）是瘤体大小和生长部位；相关因素是主体瘤的恶性程度。Generative factors of residual tumor(RT)of the resected margins in 59 cases withesophageal carcinima were studied by a combination method of pathology with FCM and theimage analysis for Ag-NOR. The results showed that there were three factors havinginfluence on the development of RT: the direct factor was short of resection of the length ofthe esophagus;the indirect factor was size and location of the main tumor;the correlativefactor was the malignant degree of the tumor.
