白血病患者血浆腺苷脱氨酶活性测定及其临床意义

摘　　要：采用比色法测定了６３例急慢性白血病患者血浆腺苷脱氨酶（ＡＤＡ）活性。结果发现急性白血病，尤其是急性淋巴细胞白血病患者血浆ＡＤＡ活性升高，慢性白血病急性变明显增高。对１２例急性白血病进行了动态观察，未经治疗或复发的患者血浆ＡＤＡ活性升高，完全缓解期降至正常。提示：白血病患者血浆ＡＤＡ活性变化与病程有关；动态观察有助于急性白血病的疗效观察和慢性白血病急变的早期诊断。The adenosine deaminase (ADA) activity was measured with colorimetric analysis in the plasma from 63 patients with acute and chronic leukemia. High ADA activity was found in the plasma from the patients with acute leukemia,especially those with acute lymphoblastic leukmia,and blastic crisis of chronic leukemia markedly increased.Serial determination of plasma ADA activity was done in 12 patients with leukemia. The patients untreated or in replase had an elevation of plasma ADA activity,which decreased to normal during complete remission. The results indicate that the plasma ADA activity in leukemia is related to the course of the disease and that it may be helpful to judge the effects of the therapy and to diagnose blastic crisis of chronic leukemia early by measuring the plasma ADA activity serially in an individual patient.
