顺铂、氟脲嘧啶、潘生丁联合化疗加放疗治疗晚期食管癌

摘　　要：１９８９年２月～１９９１年１月治疗６０例晚期食管癌，随机分为综合组（ＤＦＰ＋放疗）３０例和单纯放疗组３０例，两组照射方法相同。１ａ、３ａ生存率，综合组为７０．０％，２６．７％；单纯放疗组为４６．６％，１０．０％。近期功能改善，Ｘ线表现及１ａ、３ａ生存率两组有统计学差异。综合组的毒性反应高于单纯放疗组，但经过对症处理后均可被患者耐受。提示综合疗法可提高疗效。From Feb 1989 to Jan 1991,60 patients with advanced esophageal cancer were divided at random into the group of combination (DDP,5-Fu,PST chemotherapy plus radiotherapy)and the group of radiotherapy alone. The 1-and 3-year survival rates were 70.0%and 26.7%in the group of combination and 46.6%and 10.0%in the group of radiotherapy alone respectively. Our preliminary results show that the combined chemotherapy including cisplatin,5-fluorouracil and persantin plus radotherapy may improve the therapeutic result of advanced esophageal cancer.
