摘 要:用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)方法,分别对食管癌高发区林县和低发区商丘各64份粮食(玉米32份、小麦32份)中交链孢酚单甲醚(AME)进行检测。结果:林县64份粮食中检出AME25份,阳性率为40.3%;商丘64份粮食中有15份阳性,阳性率为23.4%。两者比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。不论是小麦还是玉米,AME含量林县均高于商丘,这与粮食中互隔交链孢霉污染情况相符。结果提示:AME可能是人食管癌的病因之一。With ELISA, Alternariol monomethyl ether (AME)was examined in 64 shares of grain (32 shares of wheat and 32 shares of corn) in Linxian County(area of high incidence of esophageal cancer). and Shangqiu(area of low incidence of esophageal cancer). The results showed that the positive rate was 40.3%(25/64)in the grain of Linxian County and 23.4%(15/64)in the grain of Shangqiu. There was significant difference between the positive rates in Linxian County and Shangqiu(P<0.05). In either wheat or corn,the AME positive rates and amount were higher in Linxian than in Shangqiu,which was in accordance with the distribution of Alternria alternata in grain. It is suggested that AME may be one of the causes of human esophageal cancer.
