急性胰腺炎患者血小板与内皮细胞功能的研究

摘  要:采用ELISA法和单克隆酶联免疫吸附法测定了39例急性胰腺炎患者和24例正常人 的血浆内血小板α颗粒膜蛋白、血栓烷B2、6-酮-前列腺素F1a和血管性假血友病因子水平。结果显 示:急性胰腺炎患者血浆GMP-140、TXB2、vWF:Ag水平明显升高(P<0.01),6-酮-PGF1a水平明 显降低(P<0.01)。动态观察发现:水肿型胰腺炎患者其血浆GMP-140、TXB32、VWF:Ag水平于发 病第 5d出现下降趋势,而出血坏死型胰腺炎上述 3项指标不仅没有下降趋势反而持续升高。提 示:胰腺炎患者血小板处于活化状态,内皮细胞功能受损,胰腺组织的血液循环障碍与血小板活化、 内皮细胞受损有密切关系。The levals of GMP-140,TXB2, 6-Keto-PGF1a and vWF:Ag in the plasma of 39 patients with acute pancreatitis were detected with enzym-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA). The results showed that the levels of GMP-140, TXB2 vWP:Ag in the plasma of the patients with acute pancreatitis were significantly higher than those of the normal controls,and that the plasma level of 6-Keto-PGF1a in the ptients with acute pancreatitis was significantly lower than that of the normal control (P<0. 01). The levels of GMP-140, TXB2 and vWF: Ag in the plasma of patients with acute hamorrhagic necrotizing pancreatitis increased. These find- ings suggested that the disturbance of blood circulation in pancreatic tissue might be related fo the activation of platelet and become more serious with the increase of the number of activated platelets.
